Delivery times
UK: Standard Delivery · Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days. Items marked Fast Delivery · Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days. Mixed baskets use the longest item estimate. Timeframes may vary by item; estimates are not guaranteed.. Courier delays can also affect estimates.
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is complete. Tracking information will be provided where available after dispatch.

International fulfilment
International orders may be sourced after ordering and sent directly to your address, or fulfilled through a suitable source serving your destination. The fulfilment route depends on the product and destination; this does not mean we hold stock locally or guarantee faster delivery. Packaging may vary.
International delivery charges are separate from product prices and depend on the services configured for your country, basket and address at checkout. UK delivery estimates do not apply overseas. Customs, VAT and import duties depend on the destination and fulfilment route; where checkout does not confirm their treatment, contact hello@simplybrollies.co.uk before ordering.

Order not arrived?
If your order has not arrived by its advised delivery estimate, email hello@simplybrollies.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it with the courier. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, see our Returns & Refunds page.
