Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop:

• Shopify — hosts our checkout, processes payments and stores order records. The payment methods offered at checkout are provided through Shopify and its payment partners.
• Delivery couriers — receive your name, address and contact details so your order can be delivered.
• Our email provider — sends order, enquiry and newsletter emails on our behalf.
• Our hosting and database provider — stores contact form and newsletter sign-ups securely.

We do not sell your data. We do not currently run advertising, profiling or third-party analytics tracking; if that changes we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to remember your basket and keep checkout secure. Shopify may set cookies during checkout for the same purpose. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

Your rights

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
