Terms of Service

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on UK orders. We reserve the right to change prices, but not after your order is confirmed.

Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery estimates (typically 7 to 10 days) are given in good faith but are not guaranteed dates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations and returns

Your rights are set out on our Returns & Cancellations page, including your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

Product use

Umbrellas are designed for normal use in rain, wind and sun. They are not intended for use in severe storms or as protective or structural equipment. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
