About this umbrella

Reverse folding solves a specific, familiar annoyance. The canopy closes with the wet surface trapped on the inside, so when you get into a car or a lift you are not holding a dripping umbrella against your leg. It also stands upright on its own to dry.

Visibility is the second half of the design. Reflective trim runs around the canopy edge so headlights pick you out from the side, and an LED torch is built into the handle for unlit paths, keyholes and finding a footing on wet steps.

Underneath, it is a reinforced ten-rib frame with a 105cm span — enough coverage for an adult and a bag, at 62cm open height, folding down to roughly 6cm wide.

Keep the handle light dry when you wipe the canopy down, and remove the batteries if you are storing it away for a season.
